What is involved in refurbishing a system? Mechanical Systems

• System is dismantled…thorough cleaning of all non-sensitive components.
• System is inspected for structural imperfections and fatigue… worn/unacceptable components are replaced.
• All motors, electrical switches and cooling fans tested and replaced as necessary.
• All locks, detents and gears inspected/replaced as necessary.
• All bearings and track surfaces inspected and replaced or repaired as required.
  
  X-Ray and Electrical Controls
• X-ray control is internally and externally cleaned with non- destructive agent.
• All switch decks, tap switches relays and controls are tested and replaced as necessary.
• Any nonstandard wiring/specialized modifications are removed and unit is restored to original specifications.
• All meters, indicators, lamps, controls and knobs are tested, inspected/replaced as necessary.
• New CRT's installed in all monitors as necessary.
• Upgrades and enhancements are performed to meet current specifications.
  
  Generator System
• Replace all defective components including switches, controls, indicators.
  
  
  Cosmetic Remanufacturing
• All covers are removed from the system.
• The internal system is thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed.
• Each hand-chosen system is disassembled, cleaned, sanded, and any imperfections are repaired.
• The paint is perfectly matched with the original color, texture and luster.
